Text Message Terms and Privacy
These terms cover From the Anvil, the text message program from Apex Men of Valor. Last updated October 9, 2026.
The program
From the Anvil sends short encouragement for men, drawn from Transformational Brotherhood, Transformational Practice, and Transformational Journaling. Messages may also include occasional invitations to Apex programs. The program is for US mobile numbers.
How you join
You join by checking the consent box on the sign-up form at apexmov.com/resources/anvil-texts and submitting your name and mobile number, or by texting ANVIL to our program number (assigned on approval). After you sign up you will get a confirmation text. Reply YES to confirm. You will not receive program texts until you do, unless you joined by texting the keyword. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything or joining any Apex program.
How often
1 message per week, on Tuesdays. If that changes, we will tell you by text and ask again before sending more.
Cost
Apex Men of Valor does not charge for the program. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text and you will be removed right away. You will get one last message confirming it, and nothing after that. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work too. To rejoin later, reply START or sign up again. You can also email cam@apexmov.com and ask to be removed.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Privacy
When you sign up we collect your first name and mobile number. We also keep a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you used. We use this information to send you From the Anvil, to confirm and honor your choices, and to answer your questions.
We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver the messages and store our records, and only so they can do that work for us.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing cam@apexmov.com. We keep the consent record of a number that has opted out so we can keep honoring the opt-out.
