Privacy Policy
You are trusting us with your name and, sometimes, your honest words. This page says what we keep, why, who helps us hold it, and how to ask us to let it go. Last updated October 10, 2026.
Who we are
Apex Men of Valor ("we," "us") runs apexmov.com. The site is operated by Cameron Finley, doing business as Integris Solution, in Murrieta, California. You can reach us through the contact page.
What we collect, and when
The newsletter (From the Forge). Your first name and email address, when you sign up.
The course apps (Transformational Brotherhood, and the others as they open). Your first name, email address, and time zone when you start. As you work through a course we keep your progress: which days you have finished and anything you write in the app, so you can come back to it.
Sign-in. There are no passwords. We email you a one-time link. We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of each link and session code, never the codes themselves. Signing in sets one cookie in your browser that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. It does nothing else.
Text messages (From the Anvil). Your first name and mobile number, and a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you used. The Text Message Terms and Privacy page covers this program in detail.
The contact form. Your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.
Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and browser details when you visit, and we use limited counts of recent attempts to block abuse and spam. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To send what you asked for: the newsletter, your sign-in links, your course emails, and your texts. To keep your progress. To answer you when you write. To protect the site from abuse. To keep a record of your choices, including opt-outs, so we can honor them.
Who helps us hold it
We use a small number of service providers, and only so they can do their job for us:
- Kit sends the newsletter and course emails and keeps the email list and tags.
- Resend delivers your one-time sign-in emails.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores account data and progress in its database.
- Formspree delivers messages sent through the contact form.
- Our text-message provider delivers From the Anvil texts once that program is live.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with anyone for their marketing. The people who run Apex Men of Valor can see the account data needed to run the programs and answer you. We do not publish it, and we do not use what you write in a course to promote anything.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are subscribed or have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we do, with one exception: we keep the consent record of a number or address that has opted out, so we keep honoring the opt-out.
Your choices
Email: every email has an unsubscribe link. Texts: reply STOP to any message. Everything else: write to us through the contact page and ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have rights to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and not to have it sold. We do not sell it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and hashed sign-in codes. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Children
This site is written for adult men. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
